Reset your password.

Use the address your licence was emailed to. If a licence is attached to it, a reset link arrives within a minute or two — check your spam folder.

Your licence key itself cannot be resent: only a hash of it is stored, so no copy of the key exists anywhere. A password is the second way in.

Long beats complicated. A phrase you will actually remember is fine — and do not reuse your licence key, which is refused.
